Delivery Time

Within the UAE: 1-3 business days

Outside the UAE but within GCC: 2-10 business days

Currently, we are only shipping to the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

All orders placed before 1 PM (GMT+4) will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the following business day. If you place your order during the weekend, the order will be shipped the following monday. You will receive a tracking email, as soon as your package has been shipped. Be aware that during sale periods it takes longer to process and ship your order.

Please be aware that public Holidays can affect the shipping time, and cause a delay.

Piercing Zone By Dr. Vikas reserves the right to cancel an order should the item be out of stock.

Shipping Costs

  • UAE: 20 AED.
  • Bahrain: 50 AED.
  • Kuwait: 50 AED.
  • Oman: 50 AED.
  • Saudi Arabia: 50 AED.
  • Qatar: 50 AED.

All the listed product prices, delivery costs and other costs include value-added taxes.

Please note, that in case of delivery outside the UAE you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. We are not responsible for knowing the customs policies of other countries than UAE. If you have any questions in regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office. Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order.

We reserve the right to gather orders with the same delivery address in one shipment to minimize use of packaging.

Delivery may also take longer than usual.

We reserve the right to change the prices and are subject to any printing errors, sold items and price changes.

In transit

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control such as if a package is lost by one of our carriers. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

We do all we can to protect your products during transit. However, should any damage have occurred before you receive the products, please contact our customer service to arrange a replacement of the damaged pieces.

If the products have been damaged during transit, please return the jewellery and we will exchange the damaged pieces.

Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or ripped open, you should refuse to receive the products.

If you wish to complain about any lack of conformity, you are required to give notice to us.

Pick up in-store

We provide 'Collect in Store' service at our Dubai outlets. You can pick up your order after one business day after 5 PM if you select "pick up in store."

If you do not receive your parcel

If you do not receive the parcel or take any action regarding the delivery, and the parcel is shipped back to us, and we will charge a fee of 60 AED.

If the package is not picked up and any kind of fee is added, you are responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.
