Size Exchanges & Eligibility
We are appreciative of your purchase from Piercing Zone By Dr. Vikas. We recognize that sometimes products may not fit perfectly.
To help you find the correct fit, we allow size exchanges for a maximum of **5 days following the delivery** of your package. This applies only to **unworn and unaltered jewelry** due to hygiene and health regulations.
Any inappropriate returns or exchanges, such as those involving worn, damaged, or changed items, will be refused at our sole discretion.
Pre-Shipping Video Inspections
We thoroughly inspect every product and verify its mechanics and condition before shipping to guarantee there are no manufacturing flaws.

Every order will have a live video link sent to the buyer along with the shipping information. This allows you to inspect how your specific jewelry functions and verify it is in perfect condition before it leaves our facility.
In-Store Exchanges (Free)
Within **5 days of delivery**, any item purchased from www.piercingzonedubai.com may be exchanged for a different size directly at our physical store in Dubai **without incurring additional shipping or return fees**.
Please note that while there are no processing fees for in-store exchanges, you will be responsible for bearing the price difference between sizes if the new size is a higher price point.
Exclusions & Delivery Fees
If you request a size exchange to be delivered to your address, you will be responsible for the price of postage and delivery. The flat exchange fees are detailed below:
